Welcome to our home. Or, in other words, welcome to your home away from home. We are a Minho family, passionate about the best of our land: nature, the sea, gastronomy and customs. Hospitable by nature, we believe that Viana is love and we want to share it with you and give you the possibility to live the true Minho experience, in a family home that is open to tourism. Our Casa Épico is an independent local accommodation unit, located in Nogueira. 10 minutes from the center of Viana do Castelo, but far enough away for an experience of absolute tranquility in the heart of nature. Our door is open and always ready to welcome you throughout the year. The house has a ground floor with three double bedrooms, a bathroom, living room and fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher and small appliances. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the patio for a unique experience and awakening with the sounds of nature. Outside, the pool area, the barbecue, the Gregorian fire and the many green meters will certainly provide you with memories as good as those we keep in our memory. In our house the animals can only be in the living room. Smoking is not allowed inside the house. The butts must remain in the ashtray.

Our door is open and always ready to welcome you all year round. This new house is located on the 2nd floor of a building consisting of three dwellings. It has two suites, a living room and a fully equipped kitchen with fridge, stove, dishwasher/washing machine and small appliances. The two double bedrooms have direct access to the balcony for a unique view of the sky and an awakening to the sounds of nature. We have beautiful animals, extensive fields and a swimming pool :)

Located in Almada, the holiday apartment Sound House By Everkind has everything you need for a comfortable holiday. The 50 m² property consists of a living room, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 1 bathroom and can therefore accommodate 2 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi with a dedicated workspace for home office, a TV, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. This accommodation does not offer: towels. The apartment offers access to a nearby garden, ideal for watching the sunset with views of Lisbon. In just 15 minutes, you can relax on the beaches of Costa da Caparica or take the ferry across to Lisbon for a day of exploring. Free parking is available on the street. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and celebrating events are not allowed. Guests are asked to observe quiet hours during their stay (no noise from 9 pm to 9 am) and are required to dispose of all garbage, turn off all appliances and lights, return the keys, and lock the door before departure.
